Is the Zeigler cop that shot the little girls dog a few years back still around? Is he still employed as a cop?

I think his name was McKinney. Apparetnly he shot a beagle hound pup cause it was nipping at a little girls leg. Don't know for sure.

Yes, he sure is! I seen him at the Halloween Parade in his cop car!
