You abviously now the tail-gater. AND NO, no one is going to report a tail-gater, get real. Metal Plate? Then he was aware of what could happen. Doesn't matter. He initiated this whole thing by being DISRESPECTFUL to other drivers. He could have been killed. Maybe this will teach him a lesson to not mess around on the roads. People DO carry guns! I hope he learned. Both men involved did not handle the situation correctly. However, That doesn't mean one is more guilty than the other. BUT, someone did start it, and it was the tail-gater.
