Advice Needed

Hey, I'm going to Yuma real soon. Been there once before and liked it. Any advice on what is fun to do there? I'll be there about two days.

How long are you gonna be in Yuma? If you like the outdoors, Yuma is a great place. With the river,dunes, and surrounding desert there are tons of things to do. If that is not your scene, there is San Diego to the west and Flagstaff is not that far off. There is always something to do.

I don't know how long I'll be there ... I think it'll be for a short time. I do love the desert and nature as well. I've been to that closed-down prison, to a park that was a former dump, and to a sort-of fort place ...

It is HOT as HELL in Yuma this time of the year. Been here for 5 yrs and this is the worst time (hot) of the year.

So i am from texas and i recieved a letter in the mail about a Dr.Jeff Metcalfe Sr. Ph. D Religious Ed-Law studies Whom says he is based out of Winterhaven, Ca. Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of him or could give me any info on this to see if what he is offering is legit.

what did the letter say? He is now in Buckeye Az. Is he good or bad?

I am a Volunteer Prison Chaplain in Tx. and one of my inmates has rec'd. a letter from Dr. Jeff Metcalfe and sent it to me to look over. I called this man and he said he was in court and would call me back yesterday? So when he did not return my call, I called him again today, and he said he had a death in the family? Something tells me that this man is NOT ledit?

yeah i got a letter and resume of the same guy jeff metcalfe....i'm wondering too if he is legit.my sister called him and said he is able to help.but we are kinda seeing first if he is the man we are lookin for to help us cause he wants money right a way to get papers started and to start working on it.so lmk whats up guys...in need of some answers really bad...thanks..

I asked around in the news, and a woman who is from Mesa, Arizona says the name sounds very familiar. If you have information such as a phone number or an email address, I will try to contact him from a media stand point and see what is going on.

Seven-six-zero-seven-nine-one- zero-five-nine-one is the number that he was answering today! Please keep this updated as there seem to be several people that would like to find out if he is legit.

This guy Jeff Metcalfe is a FRAUD people.DO NOT believe him.I gave this gentelman $5,000 to help me out only to find out that the people who he says he was helping me deal with had no clue as to who he was.They never even heard of this gentelman.He is not a litigator or a Dr..HE IS A CON ARTEST,A FRAUD.STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!

we have submitted our credentials to Cambi Brown channel 13 our mitigation ministry is an excellent opportunity for families to advocate for relieve for their love ones we are now aware that people will say things that are not true about us we have never receive any donation for $ 5000.00 from GA, most of donations our for transportation and mitigation reports. Most of cases we advocate with families for our sex related crimes this is why there is a high level of privacy.

I am Sarah Beck; I was the one who responded for Jeff Metcalfe. I may have made some grammar errors I was merely trying to defend his good name. The person who is using the name Jesse we believe is a trouble maker. We know the identity of his true name, phone number and address he is a person who is trying to con our agency. When we did not agree with his demeanor over the phone, he advised our agency about this Yuma topix forum and the people that had questions about our agency, he stated that if we did not agree with what he wanted us to do with his brother-in-laws situation he would do what he is doing right now. He is not from GA he is from TX. Our agency is in the process of talking to the prison warden and the attorney about violation of prison procedure and privacy. Our agency is exercising great restraint to not expose this family to the news paper in their community for defamation and slander. We would have to expose the true identity of the family's name, prisoner’s name, and crime charged and convicted of as part of the rules of civil proceedings. There is one thing for sure our agency has not received $ 5000.00 from anyone related to mitigation work. We would ask him to send a copy of any check or money order to any credible source of his choice. Jeff Metcalfe will not personally respond to these forums, however he will respond appropriately in the court of law. Please excuse my typo's I was quickly responding on behalf of our agency. Mitigation with attorneys and families are in California and Texas etc. not AZ.

Mr Metcalfe is not who he says he is, and I recommend each of you who has received a letter, or who have actually sent a payment to him, contact your local authorities and they will direct you to the FBI fraudulent crimes division.
