Has anyone here experienced Nassau County "Justice" as defined by judge Brian Davis?
I am particularly interested in Family Court matters;
Visitation, Child Support, False DV charges etc.
Thanks for your time, all comments welcome.

Anything that has to do with Nassau County is corrupt! Do you have any idea who the sheriff is? Well all the judges are his close friends and the sheriff has been arrested for Domestic Battery, Kidnapping (His Girlfriend) and poss of a pistol which is also a felony..Yep and he is the one over the protection of the citizens in this county. Do you have anymore questions or concerns?

P.S I have copies of his arrest report.

These are situations where people need to be vigilant and get a good attorney, contact the state and federal FBI and the FDLE, the news stations, and the local papers.

I have seen it,
How many instances are you aware of? Are there any organized efforts in Nassau County to oppose "them"?
Thanks for your time.

equalityboy81,
I found out much too late that a good attorney is a waste of money if you are a male in the courtroom of Brian Davis.
Here's what I have heard from several different attorneys regarding judge Davis;
"he's a notorious man hater"
"hopelessly biased against men"
"lazy"
"hates to deal with divorces so he will do whatever wife's attorney suggests, especially if children are involved."
I appreciate your post but I think there is very in "Flex Your Rights" to protect a man from a tyrant like him.
He is powerful, corrupt, and accountable to no oone.

Is it not true that females traditionally are given lighter sentences than males, for similar or equivalent crimes committed - regardless of the judge? For example, female sex offenders all but get a pass, while a male sex offender may as well commit suicide. No, I am NOT condoning sex crimes.

Scooter1,
Google "Female Sentencing Discount" and you'll get a good idea of what the "Fairer Sex" gets away with in courtrooms all across the country.
Ever hear of Mary Winkler? Michael Vick has already served more time in prison for dog fighting than she did for cold bloodedly shotgunning her husband in the back while he slept.

It's reverse sexism!! Women even get it better at jobs. They are not required to do the same amount and same type of labor men are when they are in the same position. But you don't dare tell a women she cannot do the same things a man can do if that is what her wish is.

The same analogy goes to the BET channel. I'm not racist but you don't see too many whites on BET. And there are more African-American artists on the Top 40 music stations than Caucasian artists. It's not even split 50/50. Whites are the minority in the music industry now. There are black singers I like to listen to. I love Whitney Houston but since when has rap and hip-hop been considered pop music? Rap and hip-hop and R&B used to be on their own stations like country music. I miss the folk-pop and other eclectic genres of the 90s. Now everything is one type of music. I know this is off topic but I had to make my point somewhere.

I have recently had an experience with the "Honorable" Judge Brian Davis. I represented myself, and rightly so, because otherwise would have not made any difference. Here is a breakdown of what took place:

The reason for the hearing was due to the fact that I was being sued by my son's mother ( and the Florida Department of Revenue) because she claimed that I had not given her any money at all since the birth of my son (which at the time of the hearing was 8 months old). In reality, I had actually been giving her $100 dollars a week the entire time. But she had told me that she could no longer support her lifestyle with that amount (even though the money was intended to support my son and not her). In the suit, she requested of Judge Brian Davis that she also be awarded "8 months of back child support". The Judge agreed, and gave her $12,000 dollars (even though I had all of the money order receipts). After it was all over, I spoke to a freind of mine who had been in the exact same situation. He explained to me that the person who sued you can simply claim that the payments were "gifts" and not "support". Which is exactly what happened. Judge Brian Davis was incompetent, but I have only myself to blame. I should have chosen a better mother for my son.
