Gay & Lesbian Club Fight in Yulee Leads to ACLU Lawsuit
The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit against the School Board of Nassau County claiming violations of the First Amendment and the federal Equal Access Act.

Finally Nassau County, Florida will get more national attention and Superintendant Ruis will be exposed to the world for the bigot and tax dollar waster he is.

Ruis is breaking federal laws and should be held accountable for it. Nassau County: Be prepared for your politician to waste more of your tax dollars over another one of his religious issues. Why do you keep voting him back in?

Are you some kind of lawyer? You are definately a homophobe. And you hate gay children too?!! If you are a lawyer you shouldn't have a license to practice. I also hope you make it clear to clients you are anti-gay so they don't waste their money on you. But go ahead and send your legal aid and waste money. If they lose in the Jacksonville, Florida federal court the ACLU can always appeal it all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court. |
