You might want to tell "TS" or whoever wrote this garbage that they might want to rewrite part of it. They are showing Raye Dawn to be quite the liar and greedy person in this post. I know you all confuse easily (my opinion) so let me just point the parts out to you.First you say "Let me remind you that Raye Dawn is adamant that NOBODY is to make money from the death of her child." Then you proceed to say "She could care less about the suits but the Briggs didn't want to share any awards with her."
What THIS says is that Raye Dawn doesn't want ANYONE to make money off of the death of her child, UNLESS they "SHARE" the money WITH HER!! or "awards" as you all call it.

And in case no one else has told you, when you say "awards", that sounds like a prize....an "award"...why would anyone want to give the mother of a child that is sitting in PRISON for a part in her OWN CHILD'S MURDER any kind of "award"???? Especially since it has NOT been PROVEN "WHO KILLED KELSEY"??? Raye Dawn was one of TWO people who had opportunity and a person with great MOTIVE to kill this child, and she wants to "SHARE" in "AWARDS" from the death of her child??? yeah, uuummm okay. Let's NOT forget that this person who is sitting in PRISON and wants to PROFIT from her daughters death was the ONLY ONE to have been CONFIRMED a perpetrator in the abuse of her child!!! by DHS!! Sue is focused on the custody issues, which is HER issue with HER ex.

Sue's posts don't make sense because she usually cuts and pastes "facts"" from the websites she supports is often conflicting. This is because the sites are not truth based so the "information" found in them to be a pile of made up crap.

Sue is not dumb, she is insane which accounts for the posts that are not cut and paste.

Sue is an (innocent) victim. A role she embraces and has developed into a finely crafted art. She views the world through victims eyes.

Sue identifies with Smith, so Smith MUST be a victim too. Neither Sue or Smith are to blame for anything that has ever happened to them, everything is someone else's fault. And thouse "responsible" will need to "pay".

Dumbass liar, Kelsey was NOT removed from Kathie's care over the broken legs. You lie more with every damn post. Kelsey was removed from Kathie's care for another reason. High and might that acts like they do no wrong caught in another lie which i will post prove of later on. The one that don't abuse anyone is still posting lies about the Briggs. The pre-sentencing report is based on the facts of this case dumbass. The last time I heard you have to have evidence to go to court. Are you on drugs that makes you so stupid?

and giving her to raye's mom,
then the little girl showing great anger towards kathie.
tell that to kelsey,
I think kathie got away with abuse.
and DHS thinks that too.
It is just too bad that they did not think it possible to have more than one abuser,
but look who is not listening to kelsey now.
you, you are not listening. that pre-sentencing report is the biggest injustice in all the documents I have seen in this whole case. the timing,
the dates,
leaving out the truth in the matter,
that is not fair when they lie.

It is a cruel act,
and ANYONE
who goes along with this cruel act
does not care much about anybody,

In cases against those accused
of criminal activity
the PROSECUTION
must release copies
of ALL evidence to the DEFENDANT-
the Defendant does
NOT have to do the same
for the prosecution,
it is their "right" (innocent until proven guilty, and all....)

So the emails had to be turned over to the DEFENSE which was Raye-Dawn's attorney.(Huddleston)

He attempted on several occasions during the trial to bring up the emails, but he was continuously denied.(Like during Kathie Briggs' testimony)

Raye-Dawn and her family had NEVER read the emails until Huddleston released them to Raye-Dawn's new attorney. They JUST read them!!!

They had to decide whether or not they were going to be used as part of the strategy for the appeal, and the attorney made the decision that even if they were to use them, it would only HELP Raye-Dawn publicly to have them released.

Since they are "evidence" in the case against Raye-Dawn, she has the LEGAL right to make them public.(Open Records Act) Raye Dawn has read them and was devastated to know the lengths that Kathie Briggs and her family were willing to go to in order to put Raye Dawn in jail. Everything was cleared through her.

Remember that the Briggs have had MULTIPLE lawsuits pending against everyone and their dog.

They've almost all been thrown out of court or dropped.

Rumor has it that civil suits are still pending. Since Raye Dawn is one of Kelsey's parents she would be entitled to half of any of the monies awarded to Lance from all of his MANY suits.

Let me remind you that Raye Dawn is adamant that NOBODY is to make money from the death of her child.

She could care less about the suits but the Briggs didn't want to share any awards with her.

After Raye Dawn was convicted members of the Briggs family were overheard by courthouse personnel running through the hallway yelling that Raye Dawn wouldn't get any of the lawsuit money.

Kathie Briggs stated publicly that she wanted to see Raye Dawn spend at least one day in jail.

Just one day in jail would have excluded Raye Dawn from sharing in any awards of the suits.

In my opinion, the Briggs were desperate to see Raye Dawn in jail for the financial reasons I've mentioned above. After Mike Porter offered to pay for and design a billboard, stickers, yard signs, etc. for the Briggs he was welcomed into their fold and treated like an old friend. He stated, "Money is no object." Did his statement along with the many lies he offers up in his emails to point the finger at Raye Dawn and his willingness to lie on the stand for the prosecution buy his plea? I think so...Let me remind you he made a plea that the DA is refusing to share with the Smith family; a plea that we're told is not public record.

Just so you know - Raye-Dawn said that she wasn't surprised about Kelsey's Purpose closing down, because she can dish it out but she can't take it.. that is how she operates.
