Late October a 20 year old female from Oswego overdosed on Heroin. I personally being a young 20 something have seen many friends get into H and it is something I think needs to be talked about. I dont know exactly what can be done but something needs to happen as I fear we will see many more overdoses and younger users pop up in the next year.
