Meagan's Law is nothing more than punishing a person twice for the same crime, a life sentence at that. Absolutely unconstitutional.

Thank you for taking the time to review my letter and to respond, I appreciate that you did that.In response to both on-an-off duty deaths, law enforcement agencies throughout the country have developed safety training programs to help officers to survive potentially deadly encounters with armed offenders, still, the number of assaults and killings, has not been reduced significantly, and is increasing with the invasion of illegals pouring into the USA. Let every soul be subject to the authorities that are above him. for there is no authority except from God, so that he who sets himself in opposition to the authority resists the ordinance of God; and they who resist shall bring sentence of prison on themselves. Various groups of people la raza, drug ca tels, MS-13 are setting themselves in opposition to our established Government here in the United States of America, both because they see abuse of authority and because of the very fact of coming here and being expected to submit to authority. Men like to rule moreover men do not want to be ruled. The Government is not interfering by securing our border with Mexico only this is the Federal Governments b business but has con tuned to fail even with our support of money send from officials. We have a issues that many American people are finally speaking out about and are being heard this is the matter of the Mexican population coming here to Texas illegally and other parts of the United States of America.

How would you feel if that was your child that had been violated by that pervert? These people ruin a childs life forever so why shouldn't they have the same punishment?

If we want them to have life sentences then we need to sentence them not these backdoor methods of permanent prosecution.
