Here is another example of why at birth, the sperm flow should be turned off on all males....and then, and only then, turned back on at 20 years of age...IF and only then if the male has shown through his first twenty years on earth that he is a responsible, caring human being, shall the flow of life be reinstated to him.
A savage, drug using adult that has spent his first years on earth, in and out of prison for robbing ,stealing, raping, terrorizing others, disregard for human life.....you get the idea.
These males are one of the causes of fatherless children out there that depend on entitlements and handouts that are bringing this economy to its knees.

These types of scum of ALL races, colors, religious beliefs, world wide, DO NOT need and should NOT have the ability to bring another human being into this overly crowded planet, to live off of the hard working, law abiding others.

Actually, an IQ of 89 is way above average for a downtown Yorker. The mayor and Toni are hovering in the low 60's.
You said a mouf full there! Kenny/Clifford/Stanley....hell , even Phyllis, are way above the middle 60's! Uh, Mom; never been tested, but I have a pretty good idea. Can anyone say middle 40's!
Anyway, gas HIM ASAP or sooner!

As a similar murder case in western PA, a boy who was then 11 when he killed his stepmother to be and unborn brother, is being tried in adult court. His juvenile transfered was denied, and I hope the same goes for this boy. What message do we send when one Judge grants an 11 year old boy adult court and another Judge who could grant a 16 year old juvenile court? He knew exactly what he was doing when he possessed the gun and pulled the trigger....he needs to be tried as an adult!!!

I agree with an earlier poster who said at one point, this boy WAS a victim. It was then, we let him down, he was in this system for countless years, in and out of court, in manito, had evaluations, case workers and probation people. They should have been monitoring his progress or lack there of. His myspace page, which was a certain tell tale sign of trouble. He went through all these services we paid for, and nothing was changed. He was a victim , but now as sad as it is, he is beyond any real help. He is callous, has no compassion or sense of right or wrong, He has no family that could support his future is he were given one, and so he will turn to the only family he knew the streets. Very sad situation, but too late now, we must protect everyone else.

you people suck, this kid is only a child and is only covering for his homeboys because he was told if he narks he is dead so him fearing for his life he is scared to death, after all idiots he was NOT found guilty by his piers thus making him innocent by American law don't like it tough , As for his family remember they are not the ones whom did this so leave them out of it, His father was thrown off a roof and left for dead ,prior to that he was a fire fighter with Grantley fire company, and his grandfather risk his life daily as a firefighter with Grantley which
every one of you idiots would want if your house was burning so before you put his family on trail just do a background on their 35 plus years as a firefighter.....

If this is true, it is truly sad. I would take my chances and go thru witness protection and a chance at a real life

yes, but because one is a juvenile its not public record. The two adults are awaiting pre trial conference.

Everyone would be very interested in your assertion down at the courthouse. If you're telling the truth, go get the kid off the hook. In the meantime, this is someone we don't need coming out of juvenile rehab in five years, killing someone else. Why does he have to kill two innocent people before we can get him put away. I support the death penalty.

I don't care where he is from or what his family life was like. In the end he made the decision to pull the trigger, now he must suffer the consequences. He knew right from wrong and chose to do the wrong. I don't feel sorry for him or his family, the true victims are the murdered victims family. Many people come from horrible home life's that include abuse of all forms and turn out to be up standing, law abiding citizens.

Too nervous to testify in court...yet not too nervous to pull a trigger and take someone's life. Jails are full of violent criminals who have a "hard luck story". A poor family life might explain Jordan's behavior...it doesn't excuse his behavior.

No juvenile hearing! But open to a reasonable plea as to say murder 2 or simler . The boy get at least 15 yrs in jail and will have a chance to redeem himself. With this agreement he be locked up longer, but at least we make sur he get off the street.
Also by pleading he saves the county a lot of money, and any chance of appeals which can cost a lot more.

Growing up in abad family situation is not an excuse. Alot of kids made good as adults.

cold blooded killer. scum killing the people who want to make something of themselves and succeed. At 15 he knows the difference between life and death. boo hoo he came from a bad upbringing. how many other people go through the same damn thing? it doesnt give us an excuse to kill someone, especially over a cell phone. There are basic instincts on good and bad. he acted like an animal and didnt think twice. hell he didnt think at all. if he gets off with only going to juvie til he is 21, he wont learn from it. it will be a slap on the wrist and he will eventually do something stupid again. there is no if, ands, or buts. This guy deserves life, if not the death penality.

Daily Horoscope for May 26

Leo

Try not to take on too much work today, otherwise you'll make a rod for your own back and not be able to finish everything you started. Maybe you're being too ambitious about what you can do in a short space of time, or perhaps you have something important to prove. If you do run out of time, try not to cut corners because that will lead to more work in the end. It is better to leave something unfinished and tackle it again tomorrow than to do it in a tearing hurry and then realize that you haven't done it properly.
