She should know who they are and the school should let Mr. Unger in to find them. Thought Smith School had the parents and helpers on the corners to stop this.

Why didn't the guy bring the girl into the house and just call the cops.

They called the police. They were told that they could not press charges on the kids cause they did not know who threw what punches ect. Thank your city police for the great job on this one. So now these kids get off free. Don't believe everything you read.

I would never invite a kid who I didn't know into my house. False accusations of sexual misconduct happen way to often. Better to be safe than sorry in our society.

FYI, spare the rod and spoil the child was actually about the shepherds (Christ's) rod of guiding the sheep (people). The rod was to teach and guide, not punish, so another verse used out of context to suit an agenda Read the whole book before you quote it.
