I am a Boston resident and maine Shrimp are almost impossible to find down here. When I can find them , I prefer them to anything on the market.

Taste-wise, the Maine variety is far superior to the junk coming from overseas.

Perhaps it is time for a marketing campaign, since the New Orleans supplies are short.

I am a shrimp lover myself and apart from the price, a real gourmet always puts his highest priority on the taste.

Even though I do agree that the Maine shripms are among the tastiest to be found, please note: Not everything coming from overseas is junk!

Actually, New Caledonian shrimp is the sweetest I have eaten. Now, nothing like a Maine lobster.

Actually, German shrimp are rather brackish. What I meant was, that where ever they come from, it should only be the best. I have a confession to make: I have never tasted Maine shrimp in my whole life.

The only problem with Maine shrimp is that the season is so short. You can only get them for a few weeks a year so we buy them about every other day during the season. If you've never seen them before you would think they are already cooked because of the pink natural color.

Shrimp are sea insects that eat the feces of fish. So when you eat a shrimp you're eating reprocessed fish sh*t. Congrats.

We are looking to distribute a minimum of 2000lbs of native Maine shrimp a day over the winter months. We can ship the product same day anywhere from Maine to New York.
