it's the rural suburbs where I live, and there are at least 200 kids that have passed through in the past 90 minutes, at least.

Right.
.
Teach the kiddies how to BEG for candy.
.
Feed them massive amounts of sugar and watch them bounce off the walls and ceilings for the next few weeks.
.
Then put them on drugs because the sugar causes them to act all strange and weird.
.
That's really smart, isn't it?

What about gun borrowers and gun renters? Do they have any rights?

Why is the author unknown or why does the jackass rub the jackass?

They have the right to yell "theater!" at a crowded fire. Does that help?

funnnnnnny. I miss crowded fires. When I used to skydive at this one club up by Green Bay, we used to have a nice fire pit every fri and saturday night. Sometimes there would be 20-40 people standing around it drinking MGD and talking stupid. Now, all I got is this stinking internets.

So, what does this mean: "They have absolutely no legal requirement to protect the public. That would be you." My father was a cop for nearly 30 years, and in discharging his duties to enforce laws and maintain order, I'm sure he thought that he was providing protection to the public generally, and at times as the situation warranted, to individuals specifically. This is a semantic box.
Not sure what you mean by a semantic box. Perhaps two US Supreme Court decisons regarding the legal requirement to protect the public. Granted, your father did indeed protect the public, but he was not legally obligated to do that. The Police are required to enforce the law, nothing else.

Two US Supreme Court decisions.

Remember, when seconds count, the Police are minutes away!

Wow this story still getting hits. Thought it was over when the entire picture of the African American Police officer carrying the weapon was aired. I did like the last line of the print story, NRA did not return calls. They probably did not jump to conclusions and waited for the truth. Remember to get your friends and family registered to vote and prepare for the 2010 voter revolution. Veteran and Oathkeeper.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Virgo

At some point today you'll enjoy working on a pastime or getting together with a group of kindred spirits. This will help you to relax and remind you that there's much more to life than mundane chores and a need to pay the bills. A friend is full of quiet commonsense that's well worth listening to, even if it won't set the world alight.
