Alex Vega from Santa Ana says electing council candidates by district will give Hispanics better representation on the council.Other pro-illegal activists have made similar claims. The fact is Santa Ana which has more Hispanics than Anaheim, has at large elections and has elected an all-Hispanic council and mayor for years! And Alex Vega knows it! So these far-left Hispanics and their illegal alien friends are just making up lies to fool the uninformed
