East Los Angeles Los Angeles, CA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 Jan 4, 2008 We need to band together when the rates are over $5.00 dollars and stay off the Fastrak and I know we will suffer in traffic maybe a delay of one hour or two...but we will get the message to Orange county that the INLAND EMPIRE which is you and me are against this rate increase, if no one uses the fastrak how are they going to make a huge profit on us?

If we are going to play that game we should just say that they are going to get so much money from this they will make another express lane, and soon enough they will all be express lanes. But really, if anything it might marginally increase. If its too much for you, then there is always the 91.
