Gas stations prosecuting drive-offs

A gas station owner who says he's had 31 gasoline thefts in 31 days was seeking prosecution for most of the drive-offs, joining other retailers who take the crime seriously.

Seriously make them pay first. another idea is make the end of the gas pump infalate out so they cant pull it out untill they pay!!

I work at a gas station, and I fully agree that people should prepay, or pay at the pump before being aloud to pump. How are we to watch the pumps 24/7, and take care of everything and everyone else?
