While coming back into Yazoo City this weekend from Satartia, I crossed over the old river channel at the city limits on Hwy 3 and my nice late afternoon stroll through the county went to crap. On both ends of the channel all you can see is garbage and waste. It litterally looks like a land fill. As a fellow citizen of Yazoo City I think it is a shame that we let our waterways continue to look like this. I am wanting to get something done about this problem but don't really know where to get started.
