Hey Mudbox maybe you should try raising your kids to be healthy adults instead of druggies and quit blaming other people for your problems. Kimberly Ann and Patterson didn't put drugs in your daughter's body, she did that to herself. Look inwards for your failures not at people you know nothing about.

Maybe it is time we legalize drugs! The courts/jails are being overcrowed up druggies and we are doing nothing but making criminals very rich. Look, if we can't keep drugs out of our jails/prisons when there is the utmost security, how are we going to keep drugs out of the general public? People who want drugs will get them any way they can and this generally leads to other crimes. If we legalize drugs we will cut down on the other crimes including murder and stop making bad people rich. We could take all this wasted money supposedly used on this "war on drugs" and use it to get weak people off the habit.

DA Lupas is a waste. He would make a terrible judge. He is only running because he has money and because those who have money know that owning a DA allows your kids to run around like idiots while you conspire to rob the taxpayers.

My husband and I raised two children-my son does not do drugs and is a very successful adult but my daughter took the wrong path and went on drugs. We raised both of our children in a healthy environment. My daughter is literally STUCK in the prison system for parole violations. She got involved with a man in Wilkes-Barre (Jim Welch) who said he would help her get off drugs and give her shelter instead he fed her drugs, beat her up and sodomized her with a curling iron. The Plymouth Boro police (Ofc.Vanderlick and Ofc. Ryan)could have cared less even after I told them what that pervert was doing. We live outside of Harrisburg and me and a friend "rescued" her before Jim Welch killed her which is what his intent and he still is walking the streets, selling drugs in Wilkes Barre in his blue beat up van and selling prostitutes and my daughter is in prison. They shouldn't have thrown out the cases unless the officer's criminal charges related to that case. Criminals testify in trials all the time in this country. Prosecutors had no back bone.

I KNOW SOME THINGS DON'T SEEM FAIR WHEN IT COMES TO JUSTICE AND SOMETIMES THINGS ARE NOT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. OUR SYSTEM IS NOT PERFECT BUT THE BEST IN THE COUNTY.
MANY TIMES WHEN WE PROTESTED CRIME AND DRUG CRIME IN THE CITY.. I WONDERED WHAT THE HECK I WAS DOING..LOL IS THIS REALY GOING TO CHANGE THINGS THAN I THOUGHT THAT IF I COULD CHANGE JUST ONE PERSON OR HELP JUST ONE PERSON THAN IT WAS ALL WORTH IT TO ME.. AND YES, YOU ALL MAY REMEMBER ME TAKING A STANCE AGAINST DRUG CRIME.. I ONCE STOOD IN PITTSTON AND INTRODUCED MYSELF TO THE CHEIF THERE.. HE EXCORTED ME TO A CORNER TO STAND AT ONE POINT CAUSE HE BELEIVED IN ME AND TRUSTED IN MY MISSION. AND GUESS WHAT .. WE DID MAKE A DIFFERENCE MANY TIME NOT JUST ONCE.. Why do you hide behind so many names when you post Mr. Relentless. You are up to no good and that is why you have to post as "anti crime activis", "the sign guy", "the vet", "mr relentless", and more. It is the only way you can get anyone to respoond to your lies by posting responces to yourself. No one wants you especially the police. Your day back in jail will be soon as well as your day in court for false information that leads to the arrest of innocent people.

Again john dehart wishes to make false claims and accusations as he always does. it is unfortunate that the only person that has been an inmate is he. The facts as I have stated before is that I work with individuals that were wrongly accused and convicted of crimes they did not commit. They were convicted based solely on false testimony from people just like john dehart. What I am seeing is that these people are findng justice and those that made the statements against them are being sent to prison just like dehart will be.

how do you help the wrongly accused and wrongfully convicted? go to the luzerne county courthouse-you can find alot of business coming out of that place in handcuffs and shackles. sit in on a few trials you'll learn what the word "wrong" means.
