The word Allah means God. Other people in the world speak different languages. Dios is Spanish for God, etc.
As far as the points about women or fanaticism - IT IS NOT in the Quran. Read it, you won't get dirty or committ blasphemy.
I'm not Muslim, but I have read the Quran and believe Muhammad was divinely inspired. If you don't believe that: "...produce its like...". It is a book that is filled with love, speaks lovingly of "His Holiness, Jesus Christ" and the other Messengers of God. By the way the quotations are from Muhammad.
