Donna Miller ROR's Felony arrest.

Why is it for this judge to release felony arrests without the inmate posting bail. Shes off her rocker, but whats new.

I can't figure out why judge Miller ROR's these people when she knows there is an inside county deal to sit high bonds on those known to be able to pay them for Belton Bail Bonds. If you check the pockets of every inmate in the Lake county jail you will find a Belton business card. Every once in a while Freddir Belton will let his friend Elrodt Bail bonds have one to stay tight with him. Any other bondsman in Lake County that gets to bond someone out of that jail has got strong ties with the pople who demand to use them. The jail is 100% Belton and Elrodt. Soome they'll moved into their new office 50 feet from the jailhouse front door, courtesy of more inside Lake County inside dealing. It seems everyone got what they wanted in all this building stuff except the poor ole judges. McKee and Havill got their new mansion. Belton got the front door of the jail building. Jennifer Hill failed the courthouse crew and in doing so the City of Tavares will not get the old bank building where the clerks record division is.

Also, folks around the government center say that Chris Belton will be returning to Tavares to work for his dad's Beton Bail bonds when they open up in the new building. That should be interesting. Back just before the election Chris Belton was Gary Borders main squeeze. Thats how Belton got all his business cards passed out in the jail and wrot e most of the bonds in Lake county. Now the Sheriff has a new squeeze (Scott Stone) A deputy sheriff who recently totaled a new Ford Crown Victoria acting like a fool flying to an accident scene in south Lake which already had law enforcement on the scene. 25-30 thousand dollar new car totaled playing Keystone Cops. One thing is for sure, when the money runs out this bullshit will stop,

I doubt freddie is that stupid to have ellrodt move in with him. Ellrodt does'nt write the second most bail in Tavares. Their is something stanky at the jail and everyone knows what it is.

Judge Donna Miller is at her silly tricks again. Giselle walters(Multiple Felon)was Ror on 08/15/2009 on another felony count and multiple misdemenors. This one is not going to show for her arraignment. Please contact judge briggs to ask why one of his judges is letting felons out for free.

Yes, Please contact Judge Briggs. After you ask him about Judge Millers ROR's then you should ask him about the circumstances surrounding the death of Jodie Davis. A 31 year old, Judge Semento's Judicial Assistant dies suddenly in the bed with Judge Briggs. What is the truth in this story. People are still waiting to hear the truth on this one.

a i am medically unable for more than 25 years to get a drivers lincense in the u.s.a. so i use a custom made golf cart as disibility device to travel around locally then donna miller refused to allow me to use it as a safer meens of transportation than getting dripping wet on a common disability scotter in the rain that also does not need a drivers license to legally cross a highway.and 2 seat disability devices have been available now for years to leagely cross the highways without a drivers license.so whats up with my disabality device made from a golf cart.

i havent for medical reasons have been able to get a drives lincence in the u.s for mor then 25 years. the stat used my florida id card numbers to create me a drivers lincense then suspended the fraudulant drivers licence i never had. and keep in mind ill never be able to get a drivers license.this is why i chose to use a custom mad personal mobility device made from a golf cart and the A.D.A. GAVE ME A LETTER WHICH DONNA MILLER REFUSED TO READ STATING IT IS A REASONABLE MODIFACITION OF STATE AND LOCAL LAW TO USE A GOLF CART ON THE ANY ROAD WAY AS LONG AS IT DOES NO AFFECT PUBLIC SAFTY.all im dion is crossing with the green light in a marked crossway and very safely.

also keep in mind a personal mobility devices are available with 2 seats and 4 wheels. and are legal to cross any roadway without a drivers license.and my device is not allowed to be used on a golf course because of its weight and street legal tires. and it is much safer then what donna miller wants me to use.

also keep in mind that theres a good chance that donna miller should have never been involved with this issue with me because of her son being disabled. And the possibility of her decision being biest. Not to allow her son the best possibility, to be able to drive my device with a tube device. Similar to a air tube, driven electric wheel chair. I am now getting a patent on a quadrapligic air tube driven device simalar to a golf cart and will give one to bill miller to cross a roadway. Being a retired mechanical enginner now will pay off. because of my being retired and having my past fund my future.

also charlie crist personally agrees i have been wronged by the state and so does senator cary baker. and since the laws are not cleary defined and the legistors relize this with regards to using a customized personaly mobility device. donna miller was told to make the decision regarding what my device is. and she as i stated before probably should not have been assigned this case because her son could possibly drive. but once my device is marketed bill miller will be able to drive and be safer the any electric wheel chair now available in the world. and not get wet in the rain as it is fullinclosed and just a little bigger then a standard 4 wheel scotter.

also i have a baseball bat with a handel on it and brought it into donnas court room to show the court about what can be considered a disability device. is it a baseball bat or a disability device. and now it seams donna miller only will deal with quick and easy judgements.and not take a lot of time to do resurch to make a judgement. instead she took the quick and easy way out and said no way.now im going to have the federal law enforced by the a.d.a which i mentioned previsioly . and this will now propably cause willis v mcCALL TO TURN OVER IN HIS GRAVE.
