I just would like to know why they shot this man in the head twice from point blank range, after he had bin shot 5 times in the chest and back. I read that they are saying they had to secure the gun but persanally I think the words excesive force are the only way to put it. I understand they that they were scared or whatever but I'm sure this man was as well and the shock of being shot is enough reason to believe that he thought he wasn't going to make it. I have seen pictures of the this man, and I never knew someone could survive with only one side of his head. From what I have heard and read about his condition is that he is not going to live and if he dose he will be in a veggitative state the remainder of his life. I don't think that is justice. I think the YPD needs to be investigated for exstortion, drugs, exesive force they can't keep doing stuff like this and get away with it. They wonder why this happened, well its because for years they have bin throwing their weight around shooting people harassing people just using a badge for pertection and a excuse to do as they please.
