Police Department Puts Special Shelter Into Service

The Wyomissing Police Department in Berks County has put into service what is called the " Fast Shelter ." It's an inlfatable, waterproof shelter made by a company in Chester County.

Wyo is one of the few(if not the only) police department that posts its daily reports regarding its activity.
Most of their time is spent on traffic details, shop lifting at the mall and other establishments, and breaking up fights at various drinking hot spots.
I think the $4000 + could have been spent on something more useful.
