Servaas is a terrible judge and human being and that is being kind. Everyone sticking up for him either doesn't know him well or is as bad as he is. He will back up officers when they lie and won't listen to the other side. He also bends if not breaks laws in his courtroom. He's arrogant and disrespectful to others and thinks he is better than everyone else. People deserve such a jerk when they vote him in. He has no respect for the law and shows favoritism to his cohorts while fining anyone who he doesn't like. Keep voting the jerk in if you favor injustice.

I agree completely. The guy is a pig, he's unprofessional, arrogant, and a buffoon. No one takes him seriously. Soon this old fool will be off the bench anyway, because he'll be too old to serve as a judge. He is like the crazy uncle you stick up in the attic and hope no one sees, because he is such an embarrassment and a disgrace.
