well you guys have gotten yourselves a new reader and poster due to the click situtation onn the Wylie View they have taken offense to my not wanting to give to one of the Charities they selected for me to donate too.

its not a good time and GB is not to blame.

you were ridiculously angry when you were put into the charity "jail" just because you couldn't post for a while with the rest of the WV group....and you were given a place to post publicly within the Charity Jail area, but noooo, that wasn't good enough for you. You cussed, threatened and threw a hissy fit because of the "jail".
you weren't required to post the charity bail, you didn't have to do anything except sit your time out that someone else had put the money up for - and that money went to a cancer refund charity.
Your blustering and all around grumpiness is NOT missed in the least back on the WV since you decided to jump ship when you moved out of town. You treated with disrespect and anger and hatred at least once a week, if not daily. What do you expect? Do you really think people will respond faivorably towards you when you act like an ass to everyone?

he's wasn't any worse than a bunch of other people on there that are always posting negative stuff. WV has several people that like nothing better than to anonymously post negative things about each other. Fortunately they are outnumbered by the genuinely good people.

It's true The WV people are in a click if your not a reg poster on there they won't respond to you.

The wylieview is nothing more than a bunch of sheep who thrive on others misery. They complain about the most ignorant bs you could think of. Recently... a lady took her screaming kid to the local wall mart and then had the balls to complain because someone else complained about her screaming kid in a public place. The owner is tied to local politics and uses the msg board as a vehicle to either slay her competition or get her husband elected as mayor. Sheep... nothing more! When things get bad... and they will... these people will just bend over and take it! Stand up against the majority and expect a beat down, but stand back up to them and watch them run and hide behind the keyboard. Pathetic.....

Some people just can't deal with social settings whether it be real life or a message board. I don't see the whole click thing that people mention from time to time, I post to any thread and don't look at the usernames to a topic. Oh, and I'll use my real username as it is on the view, no need to hide...

Read through more of the threads and you'll find a community that's more caring than not, more involved in the heart of things than not and always striving to do things in a fun and right manner.
If you read through more threads you'll find more dissent than not, although it's conducted far more civilly than other boards - this one included. I've read through some of them on here & the language and viscousness is astounding - and not in a good way. And to accuse one person of the attacks is what's pathetic. It's also quite uninformed and a generalization made by someone who obviously doesn't know what's going on.
And yea, i'm the same NTX on the WV as here.

Reading the Wylie View is a complete waste of time. Do the owners really think they are the eyes and ears of the community?

Anytime you put a group of people together someone is going to be an A$$. I have experienced bad and good on WV. And the good FFAARR out weighs the bad. WV is a great group of people that goes out of their way for each other. I have been on the giving and the receiving end of many, many kind acts all put together through the WV. I have an abundance of friends that have all come to me through the WV. I give thanks every day for the friends and family I have through this great website.

There are obviously people who have gotten panties in a wad over things on there. And instead of letting them go they choose to dwell on them. I choose not to. I don't have time for negativity in my life!
