Woman accused of taking $36,000 from Rochester youth hockey club

from May 2008 to Feb 2009.....$36,000 missing.

Wow, the Rochester Youth Hockey boosters must really do an awesome job. I am impressed!
What this woman and her husband did is inexcusable. I have been involved in youth sports and booster clubs with my boys' sports for many years....Lots of hard work goes into these events to raise money for these sports and for her to do this, I am personally offended.

She said they had money problems? So why the new house, lady???

As a parent who volunteers for my kids hockey/baseball/soccer, I feel sorry for the RYHA and the kids who loose out on the opportunities that cash would have provided.

She should work off her debt running the penality box without shoes to reminder her of the trust she betrayed.

She should work off the debt, like any other criminal would have to pay restitution.

Come on, the Reed woman had some dude in some apartment so she could visit him when she wanted to. Mr or should I say DR Reed should dump her asap. Her little drug habit and hunger for the dude made her do it.

She and her husband ADMITTED it. sounds guilty to me. politics aside.

If people want to jump to conclusions, why wasn't the husband charged? He took the money for the cabinets. He also had to notice the boost in income. Does he live in the house, eat the food? How could he have been blind to it all? Is this another modern women covering for her "man"? He's n o man if he lets her take the fall.

She has kids in hockey. At least for now. Wonder if she'll ever get a speck of remorse about it all. Doubt it.

She has 2 kids

parents work hard for that money and so do the kids..
they like to go on trips, tournaments, etc.
how dare you do that!

Beleive me she is not covering for him.. He knew about it but it was all HER

She admitted to alot of it and the husband admitted to getting money for the cabinets he never built. I have had run ins with this lady. She is nothing but trouble. I feel sorry for her two boys. I hope they make an example out of her!
