She was accused...that does not mean guilty.

You must be her only fan. This is America, and there are people that stand on the line every day defending it. People like Crystal spend their days destroying America's value. We have the right to take trust in the lenders that offer mortgages. We have the right to take faith in what they're doing and what they tell us. She took advantage. If she's not guilty, then I'll apologize. Why else would she have ALREADY been fired?

You may be aware of Fannie May and Freddie Mac... they are the ones that destroyed the Mortgage market.

It was the policies of Chris Dodd and Barney Frank that caused the mortgage industry to leverage their balance sheets.

Please leave this poor woman and her family alone. You do not have a right to accuse anyone of a crime... and then convict them here.

There is a reason for Slander and Libel laws in this country. It's illegal. And if you wish to talk morally, "neither shall bear false witness against your neighbor" is one of the ten commandments.

You may be right about Fannie May and Freddie Mac, as well as policies made by politicians...But everyone of us has the right to make sound judgements everyday. Everyone of us makes a decision everyday to follow the law...or not.

I'm not bothering this "poor woman" or her family. Last time I checked this was a public forum to discuss this particular subject. As far as Slander and Libel....No one is slandering anyone. Read the indictment handed down by the Federal Government. Is that Libel? Is it Slanderous? If so...then this "poor woman" has other battles to fight, and not in a public forum.
No one is accusing her of a crime...no one is convicting her either. It's just an opinion page...if you don't like the opinion...don't read it.

Leveraging balance sheets and out right lying on loan applications is fraudulent. Being a loan officer of a lending institute gives this person the right to lie on applications? It gives this person the right to make up unexisting monies needed for the proper loans? No one is convicting this person...No one is slandering this person...
Did she not get Employee of the year a while back and given a Mercedes Benz to drive for a year? Wss that part of this indictment?
Going to a food bank in the local neighborhood was the place where I met this individual. And yet she drives a Mercedes?

Maybe her family was in dire need. We cant judge someone who uses the local food bank from time to time. I'm not sure what the restrictions are for such services, I'm not sure who qualifies...but if there's not enough food in the frig and you have kids at home...?? Yet...driving around in a new car? None of this has anything to do with her indictment...

look. It is what it is. Do the crime you pay the time. And that's where she's headed. Do I feel for her? NO. Do I feel for her spouse and children? Absolutely. Greed, not need, got her where she is today.

p.s. sell the Mercedes if you have to visit a food bank. Neither is it appropriate nor is it right if the car was obtained through fraudulant means.

I heard a rumor that her attorneys are trying to say that there were signatures in her care that could have been forged. Did anyone else hear this?

i know some of the family and her,and ive been in there house before.and they have enough money.her husband and his brothers took over there fathers business,and there dads proboly a millinaire and one of the brothers has his own plane.she is a greedy person thats all.she wanted the bonus money thats why did what she did.thats what one of her relatives told mother people that know her told me shes always been sneaky,but will smile to your face.she was always nice to me though but she has a fake side i guess..her husband henry is a good man all he likes to do is ride bikes he got alot of them in the garage.and the kids are great.

What you say is not far from the truth. From personal experiences in dealing with her and children within the soccer and softball arenas, she's not a good person. I've seen her in the Heights not take her 2nd place team to the line for the 1st place team to accept awards. I've seen her berate other coaches when they called on her "ethical" way of coaching. Anyone who would stand up to her, got stabbed in the back sooner or later. She smiles at you, then gets even for whatever she thinks you did to wrong her. She is a very manipulative individual. Now the story is that the signatures on all the loans she processed were forged??? Really?

I knew Crystal and she was definitely not a nice person and this story is totally believable. Shes pretty shady!
