does anyone remember what heroin is derived from? Anyone? The answer, Poppy Seeds. Where are the vast majority of poppies grown? Anyone? Afghanistan. Who are the ones growing the poppies? Anyone? Al-Qadia and the like. What do they do with the money they get from the high demand for poppy seeds and heroin? Anyone? Buy guns and bombs. Why do they need guns and bombs? Anyone? To target US and coalition forces.

When did it get a sin in this country to be part of the American dream to own and have resources. Is it the fault of the people of Worthington that others didn't work as hard perhaps or do the right thing. An may I say that not all of the people who live in worthington came from well to do families. Most of us worked for what we own and if our children get in trouble, we are concerned as well as anyone else. I doubt that the children of worthington will be treated any different than anyone elses child. Drugs are a national evil that plaque all neighborhoods rich and poor alike.

"Worthington area"? No part of Hard road lies in Worthington. I would be curious to see if any of the arrests were actually in Worthington, or if they were all in the Hard/Smokey Row road area. That area of Columbus has been on the decline for quite a while.

BIG SURPRISE! I'm about the same age as these guys and live right around that area. None of you have ANY idea how big heroin is with people our age, especially in Dublin/Worthington.

I say we put them all in donut shops and make them make donuts for punishment...poor kids.

Cut down all the poppy plants, then force them to grow food. Force them to grow food if necessary!

Instead of sending troops, money , medical supplies, send seed corn and items that will bring all of the problems to an quick end.

wonderful, wonderful job done by the police. We cannot condone this type of activity especially among our young. Thank the good Lord, we have such a special unit to handle drug trafficking.

It's really very bad in Bexley. And it is very easy to get and pretty cheap, too. About half the price for a hit as the prices are in Columbus. Sales are booming and it is happening right under the noses of the Bexley PD. Shame.

Take a stroll down Bride Water, Falls Creek, and Worthington Row...you will find more than heroin!

Hard Road is in Worthington area. That is is all Worthington Schools. Ever heard of Worthington Kilborne? Thats over off of Hard Rd. I have son this age that went to Worthington Schools and heroin has been a huge problem for years in that whole area and in the actual town of Worthington. Luckily my son never got involved in drugs but he had plenty of friends who where both white and black and some rich some not at all that did get caught up in that whole drug thing. He had a friend overdose his sophomore year from heroin.

I'm sorry, I missed the memo that said everyone in Worthington has money!!! Give me a break, you people and your burbs crack me up. Just because you move in some pretty landscaped suburb does not mean that you have money nor the problems of any other city.

Drugs are everywhere, no matter where you live. The city, the country, the suburbs, the rich kids, the poor kids, the white kids, the black kids... the parents who live in make believe and think because they live in Worthington (etc) and have a "money" that their kids won't have those problems. Yea, well you keep believing that. You may have the money to bail them out of jail but your money won't get them off drugs.
