Well when you have a legislature that wants everything out of Herkimer where could you possibly find jobs. Every time someone wants to open a business in Herkimer the Village erupts in a battle or they make is so unattractive for the new Business they just locate elsewhere. Short sightedness abounds. Case & Point, That idiot sign ordinance that was recently drafted.
