that is terrible when your children are not safe. this is not only an oklahoma issue.. its everywhere,, ppl are just sick... i guess its not acceptible to let all your freakish habits out of the closet now, not only to think about them but to act on them as well. i hope they learn their lesson and never get out to hurt anyone again.

How were they caught again? In such a small community I'm surprised that several children were discovered on the camera and they weren't caught sooner. Thank goodness they were caught!

This is sick! Also why they have to house child molestors in seperate units in our prisons.. even the criminals and convicts hate child molestors!! They say child molestors are the only criminals you can't rehabilitate, rehabilitation rate is like, less than 3%, I read in a news article one time. If this is true, they should give them life in prison with no parole!!! These poor girls who were abused will be in my prayers!

Kiddie stuff excluded, what's the deal against Interner porn. Nobody ever gets killed in one. And souls go for far more than nickels or my credit wouldn't be so low;)

You're kidding right? "raping babies" Let me tell you something. When I was in high school you would have been hard pressed to find a girl in the 9th-10th grade that hadn't had sex yet. Get with the times.

She's hardly a baby and "legal" in several states in the U.S.

I've know a lot of girls 15 going on 30. Wonder how up and up she was with the couple (mind the pun)?

From the language in the article I'd say she was a willing participant but the couple will get prosecuted on a technicality (age). Where as in California, 14 is a legal age of consent. Sometimes states rights can be so inconsistent.

She's 15. She can't drive, can't vote, can't drink, can't make responsible decisions according to our laws. And really, would you be comfortable with a 15 yr old driving and voting? No, you wouldn't, because 15 yr olds are stupid and irresponsible. So why are you comfortable with her making sexual decisions? The adults in this situation should have been responsible enough to know the laws and know that common sense says don't trust that a 15 yr old is responsible enough to make a decision about taking sexual pictures. And don't say it was her choice. It shouldn't be, she's a stupid kid. If you let every 15 yr old act like adults, we'd have a lot of welfare cases out there. Hold the adults responsible for not acting like adults and put the 15 yr old in juv detention for making a stupid decisions.

If you want to jail people for making stupid decisions then you need to leave this country and go live in North Korea or mainland China. Every person is different. You can't judge by age alone.

What you said makes no sense. You'd rather everyone run wild than have the laws we have to protect our children? I didn't say jail her, I said Detention. She is not an independent person, she is a child. Her parents aren't able to keep an eye on her while she's doing things that will lead to others spending time in jail. I don't want to pay for her welfare when she ends up being another statistic of teen pregnancy next year.
Judge by age alone? I'm not even sure what that has to do with anything I've said. She is a kid acting like an adult, she does not have that right in our society the way the laws are written. Just as these adults don't have the right to take advantage of her sexually and they will now be jailed. If you don't like our laws, maybe you should find another country kiddo.

She's independent in California. This whole discussion is invalid in several states. So, who really decides what is right/wrong? A few governors? That's my point. Get off of your moral high horse and try for a moment to grasp law and the legal process.

A couple of three generations back, your family members were getting married and/or having sex as an accepted everyday way of life at 15 years of age. Man your family sure was "stupid" and "irresponsible"! You're not on welfare I hope?
