Do rich people give money to poor people if its for a good reason!

I really need help raising money for a good reason!
If anyone out there cares to help a poor person out to fly from Morocco to Germany to get a expensive surgery done!
She carries 7 kg of cysts around her liver and kidneys! Its called the polycystic kidney / liver disease!
At first she had only 700 g of these cysts but they doubble arround her organs day after day,its been 3 year! Doctors said that soon her kidneys will stop fonctioning!
She really needs this money to help bring her over to Germany to get the attention & care she needs that she couldnt get in a 3th world country!
If you have any sugestions of how she can get financial help in her situation please let me know!

We are a family of 5, each of which have some kind of condition (Tourette's syndrome, a metabolic disorder called Stein Leventhal syndrome, severe life threatening asthma, regular asthma, and one that has not been dagnosed yet - Lupus turned out negative so far). Our recently finished basement with the boys' bedrooms flooded in July. We had to take the moldy rugs out but there is still mold on the walls and the rooms are useless to us now. The boys are now sleeping on the couch in the livingroom. However, even being upstairs, my asthmatic son is just not getting any relief being here (his lung has collapsed before, that is how severe his condition is) and I am considering moving out with him; separating from my husband even though I don't want to. This breaks my heart. Our house has not been renovated properly and the original problem that allowed our basement to flood, still exists. I have applied for relief funds, gone to our insurance, there are loop holes for everything and we just can't handle it financially. I apologize for offending anyone in asking for help.

i just want your money

i am in need of help. the irs is about to take everything i have, which isn't much and attach my wages. my husband has ms as well as cancer. when he retired from his job he took what he had in a 401 to pay our bills, this was in 1998, than the irs taxed us 26,000 plus intrest and pentilties i had been paying our taxes on on payment plan then one payment was a week or so late so they stopped my payment plan now i have been fighting for over a year to reinstate the payment plan, first they said i didn't make enough money now they say i make too much money. i work to jobs, i do not own any house or property so i can't get a loan from a bank or hve anything to sell to pay them off. my debt is getting larger everyday. i have a heart condition myself and do not know ho much longer i can hold up to this pressure.i am 60 and my husband is 67. he was in the air force 20years. wthis country is so busy helping others that they turn thier back on us here who need help. i don't mind paying my debt but i need a loan, a grant or just the ir to work with me. if thre is someone out there that could help me, thru being my advocate, giving me a grant o loan or have any ideas for me please contact me. Thinking I was doing the right thing, and hopeful of a relationship with my child, I intervened in their divorce when my daughter was a baby.I took a DNA test that proved I was the father, and mom was required to change my daughter's last name. She never did. Now I am paying child support for a child I cant see and she is now collecting Social Security from her ex-husband who has recently passed away on both herself and my child. Her son is claiming my daughter on his taxes.The mother does not work, she does not have to because she receives $2000.00 a month from Social Security and $512.00 from me each month .She has not changed my daughters last name as she was court ordered to. I believe she is committing Social Security and tax fraud. I went to a hearing and the judge gave me even more child support and 10 yrs. probation for back child support.They didn't care if she was committing a crime.I will probably never see my daughter again and when I did try to see her I was threatened. So without a lawyer there isn't much hope. In addition to this we've since had our TV, refrigerator and washing machine bite the dust. And of course no money to replace them because of child support , court cost, probation fees...etc.,our house is falling apart ,my wife's car trunk fills with water every time it rains and I'm currently driving an 86 Ford pickup with no bed, doors that wont close and a gas leak ,My wife has a dental appointment she has to cancel because even with insurance her dental work will exceed $500.00. So if there is anyone out there willing to help, please feel free to do so.
