So I'm in Marengo having a few beers, I decide it might be fun to fly my remote control airplane. Barrel rolls, Dives and all of a sudden a Marengo cop shows up. Says I'm FUI Flying Under The Influence. Tickets me for an FUI Another ticket for flying without a pilots license. Call the FAA and finds out the plane isn't registered, tickets me for that. Calls Home Land Security registers me as a terrorist. All because I thought my plane was basically a toy. SILLY ME! "

Operating a MOTOR vehicle is exactly that. If it has a motor and you are operating it under the influence then you are as stated. Your remote controlled aircraft doesn't require a license as neither does a Paraplane.Even ifyou are on private property you can be charged.
