there was also a firefighter by the name of Dean Brewer in waukesha Wisconsin accused of having child pornography. I would like to know if these sick demented people have been charged and if they lost their jobs? Firefighters are supposed to have integrity!!!!!!!!!1

My Grandmother was 14 when she met my grandfather who was 26 I think. They married when she was 15. They stayed married -- over 50 years! What if they really loved each other -- wasn't Juliet 14? This is a conundrum. Where do we draw the line? Maybe f they just dated til she was 16 maybe it would be better? Certainly you dont need sex to be in love. Anyone?

Dean Brewer got a slap on the hand, a few days in jail, 4 month probation. The only good thing about it is he has to register on the sexual offender list until 2025. He's still a chunk of slime!!!!!!

why is it that when this happens to others that are NOT in the police, navy, or government standings people look past it. But when it is a teacher, or a fireman it is just that much worse. I am not saying that it was right it wasn't. I know both of the people. You do not have to be 18 or 17 to know what you are doing. She knew very well what they were going! Not saying that he didnt, because I know he did too. but they both should be in trouble if he gets in trouble

All I can say is Mark has disgraced my family name. It's just terrible that he would do something like this, and I never pegged him for being one of these type's. This has brought a whirlwind of trouble for myself, that fact I share the last name has put my career in jeopardy. I don't know anything about this really, the first time I heard about it was when NCIS approached me and started asking questions. This world has no place for sick people like this. This is the trash I lay my life on the line to defend..........

there's a pediatrician in Rockford who was arrested for having kiddie porn on his computer at work.A staff member observed it and notified police who arrested him.the trial has been postponed several times and the doctor is allowed to continue practicing until/unless he is convicted.there's probably a 'protective plan' in place requiring the presence of another adult when he's with a minor patient. he'll probably end up in wyoming where there is no registry.

I am a friend of Marks and he does love her and she is more mature than most 14 year olds I am not saying what he did is right but he does truly love her and is willing to wait until she is of age. And she didn't tell him her age till after thay had already had sexual relations.

Becky - friend or not, a 34 year old man KNOWS that a girl is TOO young! For an "older man", as incredible as it might be to be with someone that young, he certainly KNEW he was not doing the right thing. For crying out loud, he called the school and said she was sick. At 14 years of age, he most likely called a JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. Don't be so stupid!
