At the beginning of a deep recession when many people are jobless and many more are going to join those ranks someone butthead wants to build an arena.Good thinking Butthead.A sales tax increase in Bangor should be about as counterproductive an article as you can think of.Why not just rob people at gunpoint?Right now a good tax incentive is needed to attract business to the state for future jobs,then when everyone is working again,say in 8 to 10 years,we'll think about play once more.
