Fire causes $125,000 in damages to Woodland Hills home

A fire caused about $125,000 in damage today to a garage of a Woodland Hills house and a vehicle inside the burning structure, but no injuries were reported.

We saw this fire burning from our backyard (we live down the hill). Tons of black smoke billowing into the air, the strange thing was that I didn't hear any firetrucks for a while. Were the residents not home? Im sure most of the damage was done by the time they started to put the flames out.
