Review: Mandarich Law Group

Mandarich law group are all selfish idiots and should not be trusted with anything. greedy idiots who became lawyers to fill there own pockets without a care for anyone else. they dont care to help you, only take your money. go somewhere else

I had a call from them yesterday and this guy from mandarich law group talked to me like he the big shots who owns everyones moneys. They r very unprofessional and dont even identified themself before asking any information from you. Don't pick up their damn sorry ass calls.

Did someone try to contact you again from the Mandarin group? This guy has been calling me few times now and threatened to get my wages garnished. called me at work and asked to even be transferred to my HR department. What can they do legally?

Just received a Summoms from these jerks. Not knowing what the Sumoms was about, I called to speak and sort things out. I spoke with some idiot that would not let me talk or explain they are suing the wrong person.It was commical. Here is what I did. I reserched Google on replying to a summons, used Word ( the have the templet in PLEAD PAPER ) and Responded to complaint,FILED IT AT THE COURT HOUSE, filed a Motion to Vacate, Asked for monitary damages . EZ PEZE. When I win I will take them to small claims if The Judge does not award me damages. DO NOT TAKE CRAP FROM THESE LOW SCUM.

How do I get a judgement reversed these dbags said they served me yet I was never served. They have garnished my bank account and basically stole my money. I was never served any actual summons and haven't even gotten a phone call from them. Only reason I knew it was them was because my bank gave me their info.. Please any help would be appreciated.

Different people from Mandarich call my parents several times every day for the last month. They are looking to contact their daughter. The person said he is a lawyer and reads off their daughter, address, phone number, etc. My parents are Seniors and these people are just harassing them. California Fair Debt Collection Practices Law- 1788.12 States "No debt collector shall collect or attempt to collect a consumer debt by means of the following practices:
Comunicating information regarding a consumer debt to any member fo the debtor's family, except where the purpose of locating the debtor. If this case they have the phone and address. Per my sister they are looking for her sister -inlaw not her. The my brother, sister and I have called them and asked to stop but they will not. I guess because they are lawyers they are above the law.

I use to work for these crooks and they're a bunch of TOTAL HEARTLESS, SELFISH, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL PIECES OF SHIT!.. This environment is completely disgusting. AVOID THEM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

They been harassing me, when I asked them to proff the debt they threatened me, said look at your credit report you will see us. Never sending me anything that shows they have it. They are on my credit report. They sued me! We settled, but I need to pay them a large sum by Monday. Any advise? I am still having financial difficulties. They threat to put leave on my property, and garnish my husbands wages, but he just got laid off.
Any advice would be great!!!

They've been harassing me for months at my workplace, leaving many often threatening messages, trying to collect a debt from someone who happens to have a name similar to mine. Different spelling, different middle name, wrong SSN, wrong birthdate, wrong adress... Wrong person! Even though I spoke to them on numerous occasions, and they acknowledged their error and apologized, they've continued to move forward with trying to garnish wages. Problem is... THEY DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT PERSON! My CFO simply said "These guys are really sloppy!"

They garnished my wages, with out notifying me and they never served me properly!!! Everything what they do is illegal !!! Did any one do a charges against them? I wish everyone would speak up and open legal cases against Mandarich Law Group. I am very upset, and disappointed that judges are on their side !

If they still continue doing like that, you should check with a good consumer lawyer who could sue them for violating the FCRA or California Collection Rule. Why let them harass you? fight back if you owe them nothing or even you owe them fight back too
