We all know that common sense, logic, criminogenics, and substance abuse, and history dictate, over and over again, that crime is predictable and meth addicted CRIMINALS are under the control of the chief and DA. Which obviously means all crime is directly tied to the 2 department heads and there's no other explanation, period. |
