Best or Worst Real estate agent in m'boro

I am looking to move to Murfreesboro in the next 6 mo. and I have dealt with 2 different agents so far that were extremely predatory and made me feel very uncomfortable. I am a single woman and Mother. Does anyone have a suggestion (from experience) of an agency or particular agent to use in Murfreesboro?

Cathy Ownby is a very nice lady and I believe she would be a more low-key agent for you. I don't know her ph#, but I think she is with Bob Parks Realty.

Marty Holder with Exit Realty!

Glad you had a good experience with Marty Holder. But I can say the exact opposite. Predatory can't even begin to explain Marty Holder as a real estate agent (I cannot use the word professional to describe Holder) or human being. Marty Holder of Exit Realty would be a horrible choice for any single mother wanting to avoid a predatory agent who does not look out for any interest of his client. If that's the best this town has, my family and myself will not make it here long!

Coldwell Banker was horrible! We had our house listed with them for 4 months and only 1 person looked at the house. Then we switched to Terry DeSelms and our house sold in less than 24 hours for 10,000 more than what we were asking.
This was in 2007 btw

She is exceptional and has took care of me so well. I am a first time home buyer and she took the time to walk me through the process and explain everything in extremly good detail. She never made me sign a buyers rep agreement until I made my offer, said she takes care of her clients and is confident they will work solely with her.
Call her I think her website is www.soldbydeelewis.com I saw her picture in that paper last sunday for top sales agent, you wont be dissatisfied.

I also had a horrible experience with Marty Holder. I'm not sure why Mr. Lamb allows a person like Mr. Holder to work out of his Murfreesboro office. I wouldn't want my name attached to someone like Holder if I were him. I don't think that people like Marty Holder are the norm at Bob Lamb's Exit Realty though. I have several friends who tried other agents in the firm who have only really good things to say about their agent and Bob Lamb Exit realty. The names I have heard in a positive tone over and over from there are Lynn Davis, Babbette Winchell, Richard Lewis and Kimberly Thomas. It is true that Marty Holder is a terrible agent who is only out for himself, but that is not true of the whole agency. Just like almost any business there are some bad apples among the really good ones. Don't skip Exit realty, just stay far away from Marty Holder.

Stay away from Bill Wilson, where ever he works now. Talk about predatory!!! He used to work for Keller Williams, I'm not sure where he is now......ever heard the phrase 8 to 80?

I would like to be able to say I'm glad I'm not alone in having a very bad experience with marty holder in murfreesboro. But I can't because I wouldn't wish the crap marty holder dishes out on anybody. I know times are hard, but good lord get some ethics and dignity mr holder. Trust your instincts. This guy ia a bottom feeder. Looking back now, I know I should have realized marty holder is one real estate agent who is up to no good. Big hint, if you are a single woman go with a woman or happily married man.

Nail on the head for Marty Holder, worst real estate agent in Tennessee. Marty Holder gives new meaning to the word con. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM MARTY HOLDER. I've dealt with much better, but never worse.
