Man angry with police response walks onto roadway

A 28-year-old Portland man described as unhappy about police response time to his 911 call walked onto Interstate 5 near Woodburn in an apparent attempt to get assistance more quickly.

I bet I could have come up with someone other than the police to come pick up my drunk azz!

Instead of disorderly conduct what happened to public drunk?
