I can't wait for the day to come when everyone who needs and hire "cheap" undocumented labor in US will pay 2-3 times as much for babysitting, fast food, cleaning services, agricult. products etc., and will be forced to teach their own kids to get summer jobs:) And that time when educated people from China and India will go to Canada an European countries because of immigration system that doesn't only exist over there but also function and treat immigrants as people who are willing to do the best they can, accept the rules and are glad to be a part of society that don't let them hanging for 8-15 years to get a permanent workpermit... Speaking of illegals - please - read crime statistics in general - there a plenty criminals who are US citizens. And there are illegals who would do any type of job to give their kids something more than what they had when they were little...
I can't wait either. I'd rather pay more than have to deal with a bunch of ill mannered, arrogant, pompous ingrated thank you. And for once we'd be able to see our problems for what they really ARE instead of masked by illegal invaders.

I moved to Manassas five years ago and thought that this town was a nice place to raise a family. The environment has changed so much that in some parts of Manassas, non- Hispanic persons do not feel safe taking an evening walk in their community any more. When my family does not feel safe walking within the community, then I say that it is time for a change. I agree whole heartly with this change for Prince William County.
My question is why don't you feel safe?

with the cat calls and them holding the pants area
with lude gestures.
Time for the county to have a cold beer and
sit back wiat for the ACLU to come and send them running back to DC
I've seen some of the young black gangsta wanna bes doing this sort of thing too. I think they get it from t.v.

If you're legal: Welcome! If you're not: leave...
While the problem is not simple: If I were from Mexico I would probably try and come here also, legal or not..
The solution is simple: legal ok, illegal not ok
I don't judge illegals, however, I have to think what is best for my country. Which is to obey the law and be a productive citizen.
Lots of law breaking, non productive citizens running around that I would also like to see: Be gone!

I'm glad to see the cities and states start cracking down on the "ILLEGALS". It's time these "ILLEGALS" pack their bags and get the hell of America. This is our country, not theirs. It is sad our federal government has failed American citizens with this "Illegal Immigration", not to mention the un-American companies hiring the "ILLEGALS". All the power to you Virginia! Soon, after Mr. Barletta wins his law suit over the ACLU (Alien Civil Liberty Union), you will see this whole country going after the "ILLEGALS"! I can't wait!
Stop talking trash, this is not America, this is just the United States of America (small part of the continent America)
If you are sitting next to a Native American, who's country is the United States based on the real owners of this lands theory and reality concept?
Look around, the KKK is hiding, the crooks have a load in their diapers, the power is about to change hands and soon ''WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND'' will become a fact of reality and our history! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAA!

It's pretty sad that our Federal and State goverments will not enforce our current laws.
They won't enforce our current laws because, in their heart of hearts, they know that our current laws are discriminatory and unjust, thereby not being worthy of enforcement.

Bob Boy oh boy!,

Do you see immigrants driving black Suburbans in the streets of the USA blasting people away just for the fun of it while they play bachata and film what they do with a video camera like some idiots have done it in Iraq?

A Very high percentage of immigrants are hard working people and if your problem is how they enter the USA I sugest you look back to the roots of the problem and when you find it you will understand the reason for all those people to immigrate and you will be sorprised who has been behind the termoil in those people's countries.
I will let you do your own home work and educate yourself.
My hint is: google Efrain Rios Montt and Roberto Daubuisson then tell me where those monsters got their tactics for genocidal tortures, plots, assasinations, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

Try to understand people in a better way, try to look back and evaluate yourself, we live in a violent society with a bloody past of thieves, crooks and drug addicts, WE NEED TO EXAMINE OURSELFS FIRST BEFORE WE CONTINUE THIS MADNESS AGAINST THE WORLD AS IF WE ARE THE HOTTEST AND THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE HUMAN RACE!!

Have a wonderful day!

If all cities, counties & states banded together, we could get the illegals out. TX has looking like a poor Mexican state in some areas w/ signs & everything else going up in all Spanish. My family has been here since the mid-1800s but I just can't take it any longer. Everyone should sue the Feds for not letting our cities, counties & states get rid of the illegals thru refusing social services, renting/buying property & having jobs. It's well-established that they'll move along.

Furthermore, groups like La Raza, ACLU as well as attorneys who promote & defend illegal immigration should themselves be arrested & deported as traitors since they are causing strife & keeping us from dealing w/ the problem of these criminals.

For starters, the EEO should be gotten rid of. Now I can't even get an interview for a job if I don't state whether I'm Latino/Hispanic, gender, race (sounds redundant, right?), & age.

And I'm not "white", I'm beige ! At least have the courtesy to put Caucasian on the EEO... if you can spell it.

BTW, "American" doesn't have a hyphen.

I am all for individuals coming here for a better life. But they should do it the right way. My husband came here from a different country when he was younger and go a visa. As soon as he was of age he joined the Air Force the first time and got his citizenship served 4 years and got out. then on Sept 11 because of his love for this country went into the military again as a marine so he could go and protect this country again. I think every american should have an obiligation to join the military. I joined and have been serving for 18 years even though I was born in this country and every generation of my family has been in the military dating back to the revolution war. If someone wants citizenship then I think they should do it either legally or show that they want to be an american and join the military.

They won't enforce them because in their heart of hearts they know that they are discriminatory and unfair. The BEST thing that we could do to solve our immigration 'problem' is to GET RID OF THE IMMIGRATION LAWS!

They are a exercise in FUTILITY, because you are not going to be able to stop someone from coming here to try and get a better life.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Gemini

Beware of taking on too much because it will be an effort to get through it all. You might even have to give up the unequal struggle, which won't do much for your ego or your reputation. Be especially careful about this if you're at work because a certain person may try to take advantage of what they see as your weakness or failure to deliver the goods.
