With all the home invasions, murders, robberies, wreckless driving, (this includes NJSP) , why are the NJSP worried about ATVS. This I believe is to make more work for them selfs. When we call them and really need them they take forever. Maybe this is because they are to busy on wild goose chases. Plenty of troopers use ATVS to bait their deer stands. If NJ dosn't want people to ride them. Don't let them sell them in this state. Or might they lose to much sales tax.
