i use to live on 370 and i moved to kentucky when i was 7 and for some reason i remember hearing about a man that my family found hanging off the road by one of the pull off spots. i dont know if im just mixing 2 stories together or if this really happened. could someone help me out. it was around like 1994 it was between hogback road and timerson rd. close to ralph allen's old place (thats where i lived)
