I was born and raised in Indiana and attended Tri- county schools from first thru 11th grade. I was in the class of 1983. I am so grateful I no longer reside in Indiana and have been in Texas for 28 years. I am allowed to smoke in bars and most restaurants and I believe banning smoking is communism. If you don't like my smoke then move or don't breathe. Non smokers have taken away our rights and no they should not be entitled to tobacco revenue for there states. In 2005 I was in Indiana on vacation and given a good laugh when it became mandatory for car seats for eight year olds. Safety is one thing but an eight year old in a car seat is degrading. Let them grow up for God's sake. Again, the way the state is going I will live and die in Texas. I do like to visit relatives and friends though.
