Lyons Fuel

Does anybody else agree that the owner of Lyons Fuel is a arrogant SOB. Everytime I call, and not to complain but to order oil, I get such an attitude from him like he is so special. Is it me? How about his service.

His father is ok. The apple fell far from the tree there. He never called me back after numerous phone calls. Finally talked to him and he talked down to me and trying to just get me off the phone. That was it for me.

This guy is a real ass, ignorant and arrogant. The father is a sweetheart but sean the owner sucks. I hope his business goes way down.

I contacted Lyons Fuel Oil, along with other companies, to get prices for oil delivery and a service contract. What I got from Lyons was a sleazy sales pitch without any specifics. I asked for a quote and contract to be sent to my house, though I had already made up my mind based on the unprofessional behavior. When I got home, I was shocked to find that Lyons had delivered oil to my house, and left a bill with a very high price per gallon. I called the police, and when Lyons was contacted, they offered to remove the oil (completely impractical as it was in the tank already) and they have been billing me for over-priced oil (with interest) ever since. Beware of this company - the price is high and the owner is dishonest.
