Danny Wells hit by drunk driver Woburn Cop on GREEN STREET WOBURN,MA

because its a dirty investigation. They wrote in papers, that he lost control, skid for two hundred feet and hit the undercarriage of the car turning on to green street. its a bunch of sh*t. Everyone knows what's up, and what the true story is. But you know what, Karma's a bitch. I agree 100% that the Woburn Police should not be investigating this. The kid suffered from brain injury; It's not like he was showing off, NO ONE WAS THERE. crock of sh*t. RIP DANNY. I LOVE U

Of course. It's never the officer's fault and you can't DEFINATELY count on the Mass State Police to insure that there is NO SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE to implicate an officer. After all, members of local departments have just as many secrets to keep for the Mass State Police as the Mass State Police have to keep for them.

It's like one big happy incestous family of secrets and you, as a citizen of Massachusetts have no protection and no rights.

yeah, i agree that most of the time cops do get off easy. But, in this case it seems that danny wells was going too fast and lost control... i agree with the police in this particular case... there are too many rumors going around.... i believe that the police are right.

Quite possibly true. Either way, we can depend on the investigation to exhonerate the police. Lets hope in this case, it will be because they really are not to blame and that the officer who will not be held responsible, will not have to carry his secret around with him (or any guilt).

Most of you need to get your facts right before you comment. Know some of you may have loved Dan, but you are listening to hearsay or are assuming it wasn't Dan's own fault for his accident. And that's a fact! He was driving too fast and lost control. Yes, and he did have drugs on him too. Wasn't a drunk driving case unless Dan was drunk. That I do not know. Other driver trying to get out of his way doesn't drink. Yes, another fact!

I live on Garfield ave right where it happened, it is sad the fact he died seeing how i knew him. he was friends with a lot of kids. but all i can is that he was going about 80 mph on a street that is in desperate needs of a repaving because there is pot holes everywhere on this road(GREEN ST.), and once he hit one of these pot holes, sadly it was game over. 80 mph over any kind of bump and your in for a wild fuckin ride. and as far as paul teeney being drunk, that is a crock a horseshit. i personally know him and he was comin home from a vacation and he is literally the slowest fucking driver i've ever drivin behind.
so don't listen to every little thing you hear, because it's most likely wrong in everyway.

theres not one person that is talking shit about him. we are discussing the accident, and whom we think is at fault. the two people that first commented this are blaming the officer. they are wrong. thats what we are trying to prove here.

All I was doing was asking questions from what I had heard,I was concerned .This is not a bashing topic.I did not give the officers name.
I was looking for Information and concerned that it took days to be covered.I heard from many people that knew Danny very well that it was a Drunk driver...

Well your many people are wrong. Danny was driving too fast, lost control, bike went down and was on wrong side of road when his bike hit the other vehicle. Sad that he died, but thankful he didn't take anybody else with him driving like he was. As for the officer, he doesn't even drink alcohol and I'm talking "at all!"
