This is a time share company who deceives you by offering things like free gas that the company does not pay off on. I have followed the requirements to the letter and after 5 months have not received one penny in gas cards and the phone number is out of order. don't trust them.

Yes, this is a scam. Phone message says "You've won one of four prizes... Just come to this presentation, 1 hour." Call to me was from Chicago area code. Requested call back to 800 number. Talked to "Dario" at x8073. Asked me to come, with wife, to a presentation by Irish Resorts at 35 Cummings Park, Woburn MA 01801,(Google Irish Resorts Woburn ma) for the "prize award ceremony." This seems to be CDS Marketing, 17924 S Halsted In Homewood, Il. The Company Is run by Carl Sawyer who lives in Richton Park, Il. Might not be trying to steal from you, but it certainly is sleazy.

Got the same recorded call yesterday so I called them back today to hear the scam. I played along with Dario and now they're expecting us there tomorrow night at 7pm for the "awards party".

You are absolutely right. It's a big scam. I came so close to buying into one. They are real sharks when it comes to putting the pressure on you. The free airline tickets had so may hidden charges and restricts that it was cheaper to go expedia. I got my gas slips "returned to sender"

We got the same call too. Fishy, they could only see us Friday or Sunday at 4 p.m. and was closed Mon-Thu. Thanks so much for posting your experience with this company. Without it, we would have been wasting valuable time away from work, gas, money, etc.

I attended this to see for myself after reading your comments. My husband and I were impressed with this company, everyone was nice and their information compelling. We received the gift as promised & the bonus gas cert. If you can follow directions...well it was no problem to receive this. In this economy to receive something like this, well, we feel fortunate to be selected for this! Negativity and ignorance can often keep you from enjoying the benefits!!!!

I was also contacted by a Jack Stone. Then called them back at 866-514-6562. They claimed I was a finalist and would get a scratch ticet and win a 09 navigator, 2500 in cash, a 3 day trip to Mexico or a 32 inch flat screen. What they dont know is that I live very close to cummings park and will be waiting in the shadows with my 9 Iron. Bottom line is that it is a scam.

I just received a call from jack stone and called him back as well. He said the same thing about 4 prizes and I am for sure to win one. I also agreed to go and then spoke with my husband who jack stone said I needed to bring.I called jack back and told him that I can not make it. Then I get on the computer and find this page. I am glad I did. By the way Did anyone notice that the girl trish evans who gave a review is from the same place the owner of the company is from? Pretty slick to have someone write a good review when you know you scam has been BUSTED.She was the only one with a good review, I wonder why. Thank you all for this page. You saved me from wasting my time on my Birthday.

I got another call from jack stone within the last week again. I heard the name and hung the phone up. I know now not even to waste my time. I Hope that these people do get into some sort of trouble. They are saying that we filled this stuff out, telling us that we are going there to pick out prizes ant that is it. Also, My number has been on the do not call list for a long long time. This is an actionable suit there. They have penilities for that.

you guys are ridiculous. ive been to Irish resorts at 35 Cummings park right next to the bank and fresh city, and this is not a scam. it is a way to save money. instead of spending thousands of dollars on hotels every year i vacation, i now OWN a timeshare property in Harbor Ridge, Maine, and it is the best experience I have ever had. I have also been to the Carribean, Hawaii, Africa, and Australia by exchanging my timeshare week for anywhere in the world. I also received my free vacation, which was the gift everyone was promised. I went to Florida for a week, for free! Anyone with half a brain will take this opportunity. All you have to do is sit down and listen. Thats it. No scam, guaranteed.

THE WHOLE TIME SHARE THING NOBODY IS DISAGREEING WITH. It is the fact that we are being called and told that we filled something out and have now won a prize. That all we have to do is show up and scratch a ticket to see what wonderful prize we have won. That is the beef here.So no we are not ridiculous. If JACK STONE CALLED AND SAID HE WAS SELLING TIME SHARES AND HE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER US A WONDERFUL GIFT FOR COMING BY AND CHECKING THINGS OUT THIS PAGE WOULD NOT EVEN BE HERE.SO GET WHAT WE ARE UPSET ABOUT STRAIGHT. steve wrote: you guys are ridiculous. ive been to Irish resorts at 35 Cummings park right next to the bank and fresh city, and this is not a scam. it is a way to save money. instead of spending thousands of dollars on hotels every year i vacation, i now OWN a timeshare property in Harbor Ridge, Maine, and it is the best experience I have ever had. Good for you!! I know that if you want a time share that is were to go. But a free gift that you have already won is a lie!! The lies that spill out of these phone calls is insane. Jack stone was telling me that I filled out a card a while ago. and now won. ha ha ha. Then he tells me that they are having a grand opening and he just arrived fron texas or something three weeks ago. then a bit later my nieghbor was saying the same line. how could you have just arrived three weeks ago when you told someone else 7 weeks later that you have just arrive three weeks ago and now are having a grand opening. Good for you!! You can spend time doing something fun or relaxing and not tring to dodge a sales person. lori hacsunda wrote: Waltham, MA We received the same scam...i want to go but after reading these statements, we are NOT going to attend. all these lies and scam are solely the responsibility of the marketing company, not irish resorts. The marketing company will do anything to make sales and get money, but the problem is, if no one buys because of the lies, they make no money. so i dont understand this as much as the rest of you, but you guys have to understand that it is not irish resort's fault, or any of its employees.

we know that steve. There is no disrespect or hard feelings towards the irish resorts. It is strickly the lies that are givin over the phone. The caller should not say it is about a grand opening because it does apear that it is refrance to that building. Yet, after people find this site they then can determine that this is a scam to sell time shares. If any of them have been on vacation like to arbua say, They will understand what is going on. but without the info listed on this site they really think they have won something. I am not sure of how this works. Like do these people rent space or something.I am glad that you have made it clear that the IRISH RESORT IS NOT INVOLVED IN THIS SCAM.Because when I googled the irish resort back when jack stone first called me this time share scam came up. this is how I found this page. I am not sure what would happen now if I were to google irish resorts now. Thank you steve for making this fact clear. Have a good day. well steve, I guess when you look up Irish resorts on the internet this page does still come up. Maybe you should deal with these people that are are using the irish resorts to con people to come. If you work there or have an Interest it what people think about the resort. These people scam to get us in there. I think that there is no other way to go about dealing with this. Steve I truly do wish you luck.I also hope that if you are doing buisness there that this has not hurt you finacally. The scam artist need to just tell the truth of why they want people to come and just let them know that they will receive a gift for doing so. Instead of saying that we have won something beacuse we filled out a contest card or whatever lie they come up with.Steve, good luck sweetie. And please do try to have a good day. steve wrote: all these lies and scam are solely the responsibility of the marketing company, not irish resorts.
