Methinks though doesnt know what he is talking about. You seem concerned with PP Mortgages. Not sure why. The homes here (for those of us who got in early) were inexpensive, likely less than you paid for your acre and mobile home! HA! Like I have said before, most of us in phases 1-3 are very happy here. Try to engage your brain before making snide remarks. I saw your posts on other blogs as well. You truly do try to hurt people. Are you a sociopath? Diablo? Keep your angry, heartless opinions to yourself. No one and I mean NO ONE wants to hear them.

For those of you in here/this blog for the right reason.... A builder is in fact coming in. Hopefully they will make the right choice and bulldoze the startups that arent finished. Otherwise, those who have not been following could get taken on the purchase of those. Surely the wood, etc. is rotten. I am surprised vandals havent destroyed them.(I thought maybe Simms would. I heard he was responsible for the graffitti on the one home in PP5.) Take care all.

You say a builder is coming in? Could you pass on any info you may have? This situation with the unfinished homes will not go on forever, but it sure would be nice to see some progress sooner rather than later.

This will be my second and final comment to you. You are not worth mine or anyone elses time. You are a shameful person; a person who attempts to inflict pain on others. You wouldnt be here without God. PP1 was right. You are an arrogant man. You are ignorant as well. May God bless your soul.(I will pray for your family.)
Now leave us all alone.
Shouldn't you be in Church, or wherever it is you go to spout your self righteous BULLSHIT! with others of your ilk from your antiquated area?.

This blog has been dead for quite some time! Thank you to everyone for their delightful and colorful comments! PP phase 1, simms and az bee are all amazing people, I can only hope to become an angry blogger one day too. Now with that said I have to go siphon gas out of someones tractor so I can make it to work on Monday because I, like all of you, live in the middle of freakin nowhere!

In your dreams, amigo. There are plenty of beautiful homes in these developments. The ones that weren't completed will be dealt with sooner or later. Too bad you can't afford one. You will just have to keep using your potholed dirt canal "aka street" to get to your trailer. I like my blacktop road. And my three car garage. What do you have? A tarp covered lean-to for your vehicle? Keep eating your own dust, desertbilly. Yeah, I 'm glad you weren't smart enough to get one of these homes. It's a good thing too, because I would not like to have a prick like you for a neighbor. Adios.

Does anyone know what is happening with the homes in "phase 5" of Patton estates?

Has anyone been able to recover the desposits they put on their homes?

Continuing... Our home was complete - minuse the county final inspection - when everything went belly up. We requested our deposit to be returned but have, or course, been given nothing.

Has anyone attempted to recover funds through Arizona Registrar of Contractors?

No doubt. The least of everyone's problems is not a few incomplete houses. This whole Country is reaching an apocolyptic crisis with "Peak Oil" and all you're going to see are empty houses and people being robbed for the gasoline in their cars, the food in their cupboards, and solar panels from the one's fortunate enough to be able to afford them.

I love shit that blows up, that little 9/11 firecracker episode in New York didn't quite do it for me. Do you know if old Bush/Cheney has anything bigger planed before they leave office? thanks, J. W.

There are several homes that are being marketed for sale in those subdivisions and some more will be coming on the market. These are homes that have been foreclosed on and bought back by some investors that invested money with the builder. The good news is that instead of selling in the range of $400,000 some of these homes will be close to half of that. There are some more near 299th Avenue and VanBuren on acre lots in the same situation. I happen to have a listing on one of those properties and it is listed at $201,000. The seller is just finishing the home to obtain a certificate of occupancy.

There are also some in PP phase 5 that are going for 250,000 t0 300,000. The AZ Rep had an article on Sunday about misestimates of Population growth and showed pics of the unfinished RJ Springer houses to compliment the article.

The fighting and stating that certain homes are not what others are or are not is inrelvant. In order for us to not become a victim again or to stop others from becoming victims. We must make sure that RJ Springer and their masked robbers don't knock on any more doors. They need every entity and associated party banned from the industry. Real Estate Fraud has been committed and needs to be address by the Real Estate Board and the licenses pulled for good. Our Attorney General surely is invovled in all of this by now and if not, shame on HIM. The visa's if they had any should be revolted and all party's that are not US Citizens needs to get out of town and stay far far away from another American Dream. Sheriff Joe I give you the party to throw them out of our country. We had fraud, theft etc between the 3 subdivsions. Wish someone with some real authority would just stick their two cents in and tells us if there will be help for all the people that lost money!! Workers and Home Owners.
