I do not live in Holden, WV. I live in Johnson County KY, specifically Paintsville. If you really want to know what a "Bottomfeeder" is, I'll tell you, but I fear your inbreed Kentucky mind would not be able to grasp the definition. Let's just say that a "Bottomfeeder" is not a flattering term ok? I am quite sure that where ever Holden WV, is that they do indeed have a zip code. As far as what i say about "Places I don't know anything about"...believe me, I am PAINFULLY aware of what this area is ALL about. "Living on the draw" being the primary thought in the majority of the "Bottomfeeder's" (Oops...sorry don't mean to confuse you) minds. If the people in this area need to have an outside company pay for their back taxes so that the schools can FINALLY get the financial support they need, those are SAD circumstances that should point out the very SAD local government officials (Elected by the morons) in this area.(No "Good 'ol Boy" problems here are there now?) It is the job of the local government to enforce and collect taxes, NOT a company from NYC. People with half a BRAIN would realize the embarassment that this brings upon them. It says... "We have no control of our county, we LIKE to live on the draw, we have no respect for our government or elected officials, so we don't pay our taxes." NOW they are going to get charged up to 12% interest for their stupidity and laziness AND I LOVE IT!!!!

Letting an out of state firm purchase deliquent tax bills only serves one purpose to the buyer. If your tax bills aren't paid to them they then own your property. Now what purpose would it serve to some out of town firm to own property in Eastern, Ky?

I thought if a person was disabled you didnt have to pay your property taxes

Well I guess I need to start buying those Certificates as well. After all it is the best way to acquire land.
