Emphasis patrols planned this weekend to honor fallen officer

I fortunately knew Pete Garland. Pete would probably prefer being remembered as a humble, Christian man and happily married, proud father. He is a definate hero for the way he lived and the admirable role model he was. He was a true hero both in his career and his life.
