You people are complaining because you are expected to go to work in the snow? You need a reality check. Sykes doesn't owe you a job. If everyone complaining about Sykes or anywhere else would do their damn jobs, mind their own business, and quit with the childish gossiping and complaining, most of them would find that there's really nothing to complain about.

Nobody said we were owed a job. We are complaining about what Sykes policies. They are designed to get rid of people. Not to protect the company. Is it right that you get in trouble for things beyond your control? Most of the people who take up for Sykes are just favorites who blindly follow their asinine policies.
I used to think Sykes was good but it's all about the butt kissers. If you don't believe it then you are very naïve.

You all need to learn why we do things the way we do. Imagine if we approved every absence there is. No matter how real the reason seemed. The ones thst actually showed up to work would be working hard to keep things in order. Before judging us for our decisions put yourself in our shoes and see how youvwould like it if empliyees only came to work when they want to. Think before you act.

First, those at work who only come when they want should be punished. Your attendance policy however punishes those who actually follow the rules. If someone gets sick and cannot come to work, your policy still butt rapes them. Even if they can prove it. People have way over 30 points and have nothing said.

Not to mention a certain CCS agent always terrorizing others.
