What about us? I want a good coffee shop here in Malone. I would kill for an espresso or chai latte that doesn't come from a powder machine at Dunkin.

The best bet is to grind your own beans and make coffee at home.

BUT - if you're interested I know a couple of teachers from Malone that roast beans every month at their house and sell half-pound bags for like $7. They only buy from organic farms. Their coffee is absolutely incredible. There's no way in hell any place in Malone sells coffee this fresh and this tasty.

Ok....call the Malone Middle School after 2:15 and ask for George Rogers. Just tell him you got his name from a customer and you're interested in buying his coffee. Trust me, it is FANTASTIC.

Do they have a permit from the Health dept?
Do they pay sales tax?
Do they declare the sales on their income tax?
Do their home work spaces meet OSHA standards?
You said to call them at school, is it ethical to conduct personal business on taxpayer financed school time and on school phones?

Have you all tried St. Lucia's Cafe on Main St. yet? It's tucked right between LaPizza and the Courthouse. It also serves food and more, but it's main purpose is to be a Coffee House. There menu is located at the following link: http://www.fasprintmenus.com/menu/stlucias.ht...

P.S. about St. Lucia's: They do serve a Chai Latte. I have never been in there myself, but after seeing the menu, I think I will have to check it out.

They shouldn't be conducting bussiness from school grounds at all we certainly couldn't do that at corrections. What about the grocery stores that sell coffee and have to pay taxes?

Give me a break WW was just trying to help a person out and out of nowhere comes the righteous police. As cold as it's been around Malone you would think the nauseous weeds would be gone.
