I think I just figured out a key falw!!! And we can benefit if we screw up! Since all these countys and cities adopted their own local ordinances to circumvent state traffic laws and punishments - no points, smaller fine amount etc..., it stands to figure that if you actually run a red light, i mean for real. Really blow straight through one (not stopping past the white line or squeezing through a turn arrow) and you do this right smack infront of a traffic cop - then you can demand to be written the local cheap points-free local ordinance ticket! Hehehehe!
